On Tuesday 12 May 2021, the Director general of POST Luxembourg, Claude Strasser and Emile Espen, head of the POST Philately, were received in audience by HH.RR.HH the Hereditary Grand Duke and the Hereditary Grand Duchess to present a souvenir frame comprising a sheet of special stamps and a postmarked postcard with a special cancellation mark.
