The APEMH, the Association of Parents of Mentally Handicapped Children, was established in 1967 and for more than 50 years has been serving people with intellectual disabilities of all ages and in all areas of life.
To mark its anniversary, the APEMH wants to focus primarily on the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, under the slogan of: “Zesumme fir eng inklusiv Gesellschaft”.
Every year some 940 people benefit either on a permanent or one-off basis, from one or more of the services offered by the APEMH.
