Description

A law created the CET in 2006. It operates entirely independently, and its purpose is to promote, analyse and monitor equal treatment between all people, without discrimination on the basis of race or ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or beliefs, disability or age. It lends assistance to people who feel they have been the victims of discrimination by providing them with an advice and guidance service.
